I am an enthusiastic scooter rider (wildlife photographer) and would like to buy an IO Hawk Elite-X. I live in Austria! Is it also possible to buy the scooter with the two 1000 W dual motors and get a license for it as an e-moped up to 45 km/h? Road approval with valid papers?
I live in Tyrol and always have to cope with easy to medium gradients. Would also like to have an approved replacement battery, as already promised. Riding weight including large photo backpack approx. 120-130 kg.
I've been looking for a scooter like the Elite X for a long time and I'm really excited about it. I'm looking forward to my first ride, hopefully with 2×1000 watt motors!
I think the scooter is great.
